As Aaron Rodgers works to figure out his NFL future, some Denver Broncos fans are apparently clamoring for him to leave the Green Bay Packers ASAP.

Aaron Rodgers is one of the greatest quarterbacks the NFL has ever seen and unfortunately for some folks in the Midwest, there’s a very real chance the Green Bay Packers won’t have him for all that much longer.

But will Rodgers actually commit to getting out of Green Bay? Would he be interested in leaving for another destination? What about the Denver Broncos?

In the words of one of the greatest NFL quarterbacks ever, “we’ll see.”

According to a tweet from Zac Stevens, some Broncos fans out in Phoenix very loudly made their hopes for Rodgers known. While at the Waste Management Phoenix Open, some Broncos fans yelled for Rodgers to move to Denver.

And his response? Well, it was pretty smooth.

“We’ll see.”

Green Bay Packers: Will Aaron Rodgers leave Green Bay for the Denver Broncos?

That’s a pretty nonchalant response and, from Rodgers’ perspective, it’s absolutely perfect for Rodgers because it gives him the most control over the situation as he could possibly have. He doesn’t tip his hand one way or the other and he’s not indicating what he ultimately wants to do. It’s a really smart and effective way to continue generating buzz and headlines, like this one.

Right now, as it stands, there’s no real clear indicator on what Rodgers will end up doing or which team he might be playing for next year.

The folks in Green Bay definitely want him back. It doesn’t appear as if Jordan Love is ready to be a full-time starting quarterback in the NFL and, even if he is, he’s probably nowhere near as good as Rodgers is right now.

But ultimately, that may not matter to Rodgers. He could end up elsewhere. Like Denver. We’ll see.
